Understanding one of the major deterrents to therapy can be the unknown regarding how long the process will last, the below is an attempted to address your concerns. While there is no guarantee, given the uniqueness of each person, we believe that at the beginning of the fourth session we will be able to have a collaborative dialogue around which modality will be the most helpful to you.
