Initial 15 minute consultation : No Charge
Given the intense nature of trauma-focused, time-limited psychotherapy; the initial consultation process requires a "goodness-of-fit" dialogue prior to any clinical engagement. Initial informed consent documents require signature authorization before scheduling.Individual Session Fee: $150.00
Couples Session Fee: $175.00
EMDR Intensives - Scheduled 2 - 4 months in advance (Saturday/Sunday only) - based on availability
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.
Insurance: Currently, we do not accept insurance.
For some clients, there are reasons to not involve an insurance provider in their treatment.
A diagnosis label will not be permanently attached to your health record.
Mental Health records are protected from undue disclosure. You own the privilege and legal confidentiality.
There is no time limitations placed on your journey from an outside company.
We are able to provide you with documentation for out-of-network benefits.
If and when insurance is accepted, we will update accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: We understand life happens however ,if possible, please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Initial missed appt. = no charge
Second missed appt. = 50% cost of session charge
Final missed appt. = 75% cost of session charge and suspension of services until we can figure out a plan to move forward
