It can feel overwhelming to look into our past, to attempt make sense of what happened, how it happened, who's to blame?, and how it continues to hurt even after all these years. However, when we start to make sense of our past - our tomorrows will begin to feel a whole lot better.
I believe that within all of us lies the courage to face our fears, the smarts to figure out what really happened, and incredible strength to heal from those moments. We have the power to change, to become more loving, to create and sustain the healthy relationships we desire, and truly generate a life we absolutely love living.
